I'm Amida, an HR graduate. I completed my MBA in Human Resource Management through Amity University Online and studied Finance at St. Joseph's College, Devagiri. I studied online, so no placement cell handed me a job. Instead I built my own proof of work: a statutory compliance checklist, a hiring kit, an onboarding map, a Labour Codes brief and a workforce dashboard. I'm strongest where HR meets data and compliance. I work in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil, and I'm learning German. I'm looking for an HR Operations, Talent Acquisition or People Analytics role where I can learn fast and own a process end to end.
