Hiring Kit for a Mock GCC Role
This project uses synthetic data. No real people or companies are represented. A complete, bias-aware hiring kit for a fictional HR Operations role at a fictional Bengaluru GCC.
GCC HR teams hire at volume and need consistent screening. A mock company, Vantara Global Services (fictional), needs an HR Operations Associate (Hire-to-Retire) and wants a repeatable, fair process.
Self-initiated portfolio project. No real candidates or company involved.
I defined the role, built platform-specific search strings, anchored the screening criteria, and used the same structured questions and candidate messages throughout.

This is a mock role with no real candidates, so I could not measure time-to-hire or quality-of-hire. In a live setting I would pilot the scorecard on a small batch, check inter-rater agreement, and refine anchors.
I would pilot the scorecard on a small batch, compare two independent scorers, and refine the anchors before live use.
