This project uses synthetic data. No real people or companies are represented. An interactive hiring pipeline concept, and an honest log of the HR systems I am learning.
I want to understand how hiring stages, scorecards, consent and follow-up actions fit together.
I built a concept mock-up using eight fictional candidates and recorded the systems I plan to explore.
I keep the pipeline interactive while separating planned trials from concepts-only learning.
